Providing data concerning land registry

We wish to provide assistance to our clients in order to have rapid access to land registry data concerning the real estate coming into their field of interest, which can help them realize their business or private investment or business deal purposes, and make a judgment on the financial status of a partner.

Providing data retrievals from the database can only take place on the basis of the real estate data, that is according to the name of the municipality and the land registry number or the postal address of the real estate.

  • non-authenticated title registry extract – according to various search priorities, e.g. land registry number ranges, postal address of the real estate, etc.
  • site map copies - on real estates in downtown, suburban and closed garden zones
  • request for information in changes of the title registry entries

E-authenticated title registry extract
may be requested according to various search priorities, e.g. land registry number ranges, postal address of the real estate, etc. The e-authenticated document is an electronic document where the authentication clause (certification) of the issuer is included, and the issuer authenticates it with his electronic signature protected by increased security protocols and with his date-stamp. E-authenticated documents are of probative force, but do not qualify as authentic acts.

With his certification and institutional electronic signature, the issuer certifies that the e-authenticated document is originating from the land registry database, and that its content, at the time indicated by the date-stamp, was identical with the data in legal force registered in the land registry database in electronic format. In printed hard copy format it does not qualify as an authenticated document with probative force, it is only in electronic format that is has probative force.

Non-authentiated title registry extract
may be requested according to various search priorities, e.g. land registry number ranges, postal address of the real estate. A non-authenticated title registry extract can be requested in two versions:

  • Update (includes only the currently applicable entries) or,
  • Full (also includes deleted entries).

Request for a map extract:
this concerns the digital maps of the regional land registries which show a given real estate and its immediate surroundings.

Electronically (in e-mail)

We provide a downloadable version that can be accessed on our server, through a secure connection. We send out an informing e-mail about its availability and location.

Via mail: copies are printed and mailed on the same date. If forwarded by mail, we cannot assume responsibility for incidental delays that may occur due to the defects of postal services.

By fax: copies are sent to the requested fax number.
