Company information is public data available for everyone, but actually obtaining it is time consuming and you will not have to go to the local Company Registries. With this service we wish to offer help during a rapid decision preparation, in order to reduce risks.
We provide data from the company data, and the digitally registered documents available in the Company Registration Information System of the Ministry of Justice and Law Enforcement, in the following formats:
Company Registration Extract:
it includes all the data in force for the company figuring in the company registry.
Company registration copy:
it includes all the date in force and the deleted data for the company figuring in the company registry.
Company certificate:
it includes specific data in force or deleted data for the company figuring in the company registry in a certified form, and also if a specific entry is/was missing in the company registry.
Name card:
it includes the following data in force and deleted data for the company figuring in the company registry:
Company name (earlier: name list):
Company information can be requested in order to learn if the given company name - in the case of a registration of a new company - is already figuring in the company registry, including information on whether that is a name is protected by a name reservation procedure (at the county company registry competent at the official seat of the company, there is a possibility to reserve a company name for a 60-day period).
Company information can be requested as follows:
In the form of informative data provision:
There can be a time difference of a few weeks in the validity of the data made available, but it contains all data required for identifying the company, for checking its address data, its owners and its business activities. Data are delivered for information purposes only.
Data issued in non-authenticated form (not as an authentic act):
The document is non-authenticated if the Company Information Service of the Ministry of Justice and Law Enforcement and the Service Cooperating in the Electronic Company Procedures do not issue an authentication clause to it, but it still provides the copy with a stamp identifying the issuer of the document. In such case the document serves only information purposes, it has no probative force.
Forwarding may take place:
Electronically (in e-mail): copies forwarded in electronic format certify, in accordance with paragraph (1) of Section 4 of Act no. CXLV of the year 1997, that the information they contain is identical to data registered at the Company Registry.
We provide a downloadable version that can be accessed on our server, through a secure connection. We send out an informing e-mail about its availability and location.
Via mail: copies are printed and mailed on the same date. By fax: copies are sent to the requested fax number.
